Pretty Up Your Sink

Just because it’s a functional item that gets daily use doesn’t mean it has to look utilitarian.

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, so I pretty up my sink area because it makes me happy. It’s pretty simple.

Between filling up the soap dispenser and gathering/arranging foliage I find on walks or that I buy, I maybe invest 10 minutes a month total. 

I use my 1/4c measuring cup from a stoneware set I got at HomeSense to hold my pot scrubbing brush (which is my favourite kitchen cleaning product ever), and simply arrange some of my brass figurines or neat found stones around the stuff.
