Mega Quarry Mayhem

In early 2011, a dreadful thing happened; The Highland Companies were given the right to 7 beautiful, glorious acres in prime Ontario potato-farming country; Melancthon. This land will be used to make the largest quarry known to Canada; threatening our air quality, potato production, farming jobs and environmental health - not to mention take over our once quiet roads with 7,000 heavy trucks a day.

Hypenotic and I cared about this issue enough that we decided to make an info-graphic on the cause in hopes that people would gain insight and learn more about its horrible effects, along with what to do to help in the fight.
